FAQ / Safety Guidelines

To ensure your safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you follow these precautions. First, to prevent heat stroke during the voyage, it is important to have an adequate supply of water and nutrients. Especially if you are bringing alcohol, please make sure to bring enough water. Also, bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to avoid direct sunlight. Before departure, please inform the captain or staff of any health conditions or special considerations you may have. Finally, while you generally will not get wet on the yacht, we recommend wearing comfortable and easy-to-move-in clothing just in case. With these simple measures in mind, we hope you enjoy your wonderful yacht trip to the fullest!

航海中の熱中症を防ぐために、十分な水分と栄養の補給が大切です。特にアルコールを持参される場合、充分な水を持ってきていただくこと、さらに日焼け止め、サングラス、帽子を持参し、日差しを避けるようにしてください。また、出発前に船長やスタッフに、健康状態や特別な配慮が必要な点をお知らせください。最後に、ヨット上では基本的に濡れることはありませんが、万一を考え、動きやすく快適な服装をお勧めします。これらの簡単な対策を踏まえて、楽しいヨット旅行を存分にお楽しみください。

Families and children are very welcome! However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that preschool-aged children and infants refrain from boarding.

We understand that many people may be concerned about seasickness. If needed, please feel free to use the motion sickness medication provided on board. Additionally, the catamaran yachts are designed with stability in mind, reducing the risk of seasickness. To date, we have not had a single customer experience seasickness.

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of difficult weather, the captain reserves the right to postpone the departure/booking date. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your booking. If we are unable to find a suitable date, we will provide a full refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

We recommend bringing your own food and beverages, including alcohol, to enjoy on board. Refrigeration and heating facilities are also available upon request. However, for safety reasons, please understand that you may be instructed to stop eating or drinking and to hydrate as needed.

当社は、悪天候や安全上の理由により、ツアーをキャンセルする権利を有します。この場合、全額返金いたします。

  1. お客様は、ツアー開始48時間前までであれば、無料でキャンセルできます。
  2. ツアー開始48時間以内のキャンセルの場合、ツアー料金の50%を申し受けます。
  3. ツアー開始時間に遅刻した場合や無断キャンセルの場合、返金はございません。
